Engine assembly

Excavator engines have roughly the same composition and working principle. At this stage, the engine generally consists of a supercharger, intake, exhaust manifold, oil pump, oil supply system, lubrication system, cooling system (water pump, water tank, etc.), valve assembly, crankshaft valve body, and also includes a starter pump .
The four-stroke in the excavator consists of four working processes: intake, compression, work and exhaust. A duty cycle, completed in four revolutions of the crankshaft, for a two-rod cylinder plug.
1. Working crankshaft connecting rod is composed of cylinder block, cylinder head, oil pan, piston, connecting rod, crankshaft, flywheel, cylinder bed and so on.
2. The valve train consists of intake valves, exhaust valves, tappets, push rods, rocker arms, camshafts, cams, gears, etc.
3. The fuel supply system consists of a fuel tank, an oil pump, a high-pressure oil pump, and oil nozzles.
4. The lubricating system is composed of oil pump, oil filter, oil radiator and so on.
5. The cooling system is composed of water pump, radiator, fan and so on.
The starting system is composed of a starting switch, a battery, a starting relay, etc.
